Delicious Like a Shake

My son encouraged me to try this since I have TMJ and had lost a lot of weight due to my inability to eat properly. Of course I ordered chocolate and I was expecting a chalky texture but this was like drinking a milkshake. It's delicious and also provides the nutrition and calories I needed. I have gained some weight back and have gotten some energy back. I feel better and healthier. I would highly recommend this for anyone facing health and nutrition challenges (with a doctor's approval, of course). My son lifts weights and he also drinks this in a different flavor. I'm so thankful I took my son's advice and tried Optimum.
