Nice soft wrap. I use it at the gym when I take a shower. I have a 38" waist and it fits comfortably. Due to the velcro strips which can be adjusted I'd guess it would fit someone with a 32" - 50" waist. Only downside I had was the smell of the velcro strip when I first opened the package. It had a strong weird chemical smell that slowly faded after a couple of weeks of use and laundry cycles.
