I lived in an apartment with hard unfiltered water. This shower head gives me more pressure than the one that came with the apartment. I'm 5'6" and unfortunately I have to stoop to wash my hair which is a fair trade for low water pressure with no settings. I just hope it lasts a good while.

Seems to be working well enough to filter out the worst of hard water. Looks really nice in our shower and was easy to install with no leaks! Would recommend, but probably recommend changing the filters more often than recommended (ever month or two) to get optimum filtrations. Shower head works great too!
