Excellent Product

I bought this printer/copier/scanner to replace another WF model (7620) which I wore out after maybe 10 years? The 7820 is even better...sleeker looking, more and better features, and beautiful colors, which I use to print artwork. I love the large format feature with the rear feed, which is perfect for what I use it for. The only thing I don't like is having to trim ⅛" off the long side on a standard 13" X 19" sheet of paper in order for it to fit into the rear feed slot. That was not necessary on the older model.

Great entry price multifunction device

The printer is a bargain, even though this is offset by the cost of ink. The large format scanning, copying and printing are unusual for such an inexpensive device. It works well

Easy to install.

i bought this wf-7820 wide format printer to reproduce some of my office bulletin announcements. I usually entered my data on 11 x 14 size paper. This printer handles up to 13 x 19, so I am covered to print even larger sizes when needed. The installation instructions on the website went smoothly, and effortlessly, and I had no problem in completing the installation of all the printer's functions. copying, printing, scanning. I don"t use the fax so I may never use that function, but its there if I need it.
