Excellent Product!

This is a good probiotic and it is effective at regulating digestion. The supplement is in capsule form, which is easy to swallow and for the body to absorb. The fact that it's vegan and non-GMO is important to me and I especially like that it doesn't require refrigeration. My only issue is that to take the full 30 Billion CFU dosage, you have to swallow 2 capsules. I take a lot of supplements and prefer 1 capsule dosages, but that should really not be a very big deal for most people. Overall, it's defintely worth buying and taking.

Outstanding Probiotic for me!

This is an excellent Probiotic. From the moment that I opened the 1 Body Probiotic, 30 Billion CFU Supplement with Prebiotics, I knew it was different. I don't know how to explain it but the product looked pure, unlike others that I have tried prior to 1 Body. I am just truly impressed with the 1 Body Probiotic. In the past, probiotics have bothered my stomach to the point that it was upset and I felt very uncomfortable and was always looking for a bathroom, but not with 1 Body Probiotic, in fact I feel better and my stomach issues have all but disappeared. The company offers great communications, and follows through at every turn before and after purchase. I was so excited to open my email and learn more about what my body needs to function properly. It is simply so easy to use by taking one or two capsules daily. In a world of products this is one of the best as it has improved my gut health and I actually am feeling better.
