All Natural Collagen Supplement
This Collagen powder must be dissolved in a warm liquid before using. If you use cold water or liquid the collagen turns to gel. You can probably sprinkle on food but your best option is to dissolve in about 1/8 cup warm water, let it cool down and add to orange juice. I add my calcium citrate powder too. No after taste and dissolves well. Not sure of health benefit yet as I have only used for one week.
