Just like ones used in medical studies

Same design as used in medical research in 2009 that showed prostate massage can help for certain prostate issues. This item under research did not have vibrating so those annoyed with it not vibrating are comparing modern marketing to something medically researched - so this is a category error in thinking. Works as intended.
