Perfect Size

This jar is exactly what I needed for my sourdough starter. The 24oz size is perfect, and I love the detailed markings and thermometer spot. It really makes keeping track of my starter so much easier. The tracking band is super handy, too

Good ol sourdough jar.

Good quality, good value. Glass is great, thermometer is a decent sticker. Definitely give it a scrub with alcohol before you place the thermometer.
