I have SEVERE neck issues (bulging disks, spurs %26 compressed nerves) %26 bad lower spine issues (a broken back resulting in major surgery at L5 S1 ) %26 even though I have an expensive electric fancy bed that I keep raised while sleeping I still have the hardest time finding a pillow that doesn't hurt me %26 give me major kinks in my neck or horrible headaches! Then I found this pillow %26 ITS BEEN A TRUE MIRACLE!!! It doesn't matter if I'm sleeping on my sides or on my back (which I've been unable to do that for several years but I have since I got this pillow!) I've slept better every single night now for over a month! I honestly didn't think it would do anything for me since I've bought 12 pillows %26 not 1 has helped me EXCEPT THIS ONE! I've been telling everyone about this pillow plus I bought myself another 1 for traveling %26 1 for my friend with spine issues (who also swears by it) %26 I bought 1 for my small very spoiled dog to go in her bed which she loves it too!;) It might not work for everyone BUT IT 100% changed my life %26 my friends too! So much so I think I'll buy another 1 just so I always have it! Not even kidding!
