roomy and useful

it really is very large with a lot of space to bring many items, the bag isn't too rigid that you can't wiggle things in but it's rigid enough to keep its shape and not collapse, the extra room is handy but I wouldn't say the insulation is overly impressive (my ice pack melted faster than expected but I may just not know how it should work). I would add to the people saying the zippers are fragile, I haven't had any break so far but they do get stuck and you have to be patient with them
