My Experience

I paid for professional set up, didn't happen. i tried the best i could to set up. a cousin that visited from California set it up the best he could. I thought I purchased a computer. Overall, just not happy with it. May be due to my age ( 70 ) and computers that I've been used to using.

You can't say on this item .you get rip off.

I'm really a shamed got taken for my money on this deal. First found it for $199.00 and then went to order and could not find that price. So next best price around $209.00 I think for same make and model got it payed for and delivered . What a disappointment would not take my password . Then got it to load went back and it didn't except it. then I decided to move on and go back. Trued to install my internet would not let it load . But would download driver and updates . But not my internet. The other one I had the hinge broke but was a fine working machine. I was in hope this one would be my also. But nope. Now have to reset to factory settings and send back get refund and order from done were else.Or maybe a different brand name all together.. because got a desk top coming hopefully won't have an issue with it.
