Great Router At An Affordable Price

The AX55 gives me a nice strong signal even downstairs at the far end of the house in what was previously a dead zone. I no longer need to use the range extender that was a must if I wanted to get a more or less reliable signal downstairs at all. This router is all I need. I will say that setting it up with the Tether app was impossible. I just seemed to go around in circles. Finally I had to boot up my PC and connect directly to the router that way. Completed the setup in a minute. I find the app useful for keeping track of who and what is connected to my network--for anything else it's just simpler to do it on an ethernet connected computer. Oh and FYI, TP-Link's Customer Support is excellent if you should need help setting it up. They really know their stuff and can resolve any issues fast.
