Dairy Free for the WIN in our Household!

I found out through a blood test that I should avoid dairy. I tried this, not expecting to like it. But I honestly could not tell the difference in taste, texture, or appearance. Buttery taste, soft spreading

I decided to try a "plant" butter to cut down on cholesterol. I was very surprised that LIKED the buttery taste of this spread. Its texture is soft and easily spreadable on bread or toast. I use it mostly on toasted sourdough bread with a light sprinkle of cinnamon. It melts quickly on steamed vegetables. The lid snaps securely to help keep it fresh. I haven't tried it for baking. If you want to try a substitute for butter, I think you'll like this Country Crock plant butter with olive oil.

this is the best no plant butter I've ever had as a matter of fact I've never had any of it until I tried this one and it is so good it melts easily, tastes great, and low and sodium and cholesterol. this is definitely going to be my go-to instead of butter
