Tony's seasoning puts the Louisiana flavors back and It has just enough of all the spices so that it's not too heavy. I use this to prep most of my proteins, from chicken to pork, and even fish. A light coating goes a long way, especially for various fish and seafood dishes. I use a little heavier coating for chicken and pork, letting them marinate for a few hours in the fridge before bringing to room temperature and cooking them. I love this stuff!
