We were just discussing slat related to high blood pressure and I assured this was better than Himalayan pink salt and others. It taste good but for the kid I have be careful because a little does go a long way! LOL! No justifications just trying something new!! Try it for yourself and post your own results!!!

A little wet when you get it, great when used in a lid container. But needs to be dried before grinder/shaker use. spread it out in a cookie tray overnight , or longer. before using in shaker/grinder
