Definitely a good Preworkout going to give you that extra boost you need before you do your workouts:)doesn't give you that jittery/tingle feel like other Preworkout I've taken the taste is good as well not sour or too sweet . Please follow the instructions labels I poured a scoop to many and did get nauseous after, but that's my fault so just be warned .
