Always beautiful work!

I've ordered several frames from Art to Frames. I keep ordering from them because the quality is great, the sizing is perfect especially for sizes that are not easily found elsewhere and the shipping is timely. And the frames are safe and sound when I receive them' so glad I found them!

I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE

I tried contacting your customer service through phone and email and I did NOT get a response. Your team put the WRONG ADDRESS on the FEDEX label so I never receive package! I HAVE BEEN WAITING WEEKS FOR MY PACKAGE AND I DID NOT EXPECT THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am asking for you to send me another frame with complimentary expedited shipping and partial refund for my time. PLEASE CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY!
