I'm 76 years old and decided it was time for an upgrade. I didn't receive the double charger but in contacting the company one was send immediately. I again wish to thank the company for handling the matte so efficiently. I am happy because I no longer have to full gas tanks or worry about repairs. Easy to operate - I charge and go. Seating is comfortable as I am on the short side. Truly satisfied with my purchase. I believe you won't be disappointed.
