I received my package a day later than the original date, but that's cool because I still received them within 3 days after I ordered this set. This set were well packaged and super easy to put together. Really all I had to do were screw the legs onto the seats of the chairs and the bottom of the table. It came with all the necessary tools that I needed. And, let me tell you this is a great QUALITY! This set is better than I expected. My mother came and she loves it! I were very indecisive about what set I wanted on my front porch for a long time, but I am glad that I finally chose this one!

Delivery was quick, received 5 days after ordering. Set arrived very well packaged, foam strapped all the way around the perimeter of the chairs and bubble wrap around the table and chair frames. The seat pad is thin and probably will be replaced but are very sturdy and comfortable to sit in, the height from the floor to the seat without the cushion is 18”. I did have one strand of rattan broken in the middle of the back of one of the chairs and used the card enclosed with the set to report any damage to the company supplying the Tappio set. I emailed them and had a response by late afternoon telling me they would send out a new chair to replace that one. Great customer service to boot! Set looks great on my deck!
