What I like this body shaper vest about is that it stays in a place. It is almost junior size, so that you might choose one or two size up than your usual size. I usually wear size S/M in shaper wear, but it was too small for me, so I returned and went up a size in this vest to size L instead. If I want snuggle fits I could wear size XL or even size XXL. My waistline is 32" naturally, I could wear waistline 30" dress with this vest on. The vest is made of thick and good Materials.
