I just received my rug. I like it so far. The color is exactly what I wanted.

I am not a fan of protein bars because they are typically too sweet with too much sugar, carbs and calories, but these bars are minimally sweet with just a mild coconut flavor. Other protein bars also tend to be extremely dense, overpowering and too heavy, but these are light and very tasty. Typically protein bars remind me of poorly mixed cement with an added bag of granulated sugar and after eating them all I want to do is sleep. These are not like your typical protein bar, much lighter in consistency and taste while supplying enough of what is needed for energy in a flavorful bar. I've tried countless other protein bars and most ended up in the trash, but I love these and I highly recommend them, especially the coconut which is a very light flavor. The mint is great too! Pros- Low calories 140 Low carbs 13g Low sugar 6g Good amount of protein 17g Also has calcium 80mg Not dense/heavy No overwhelming flavor or sweetness ALWAYS FRESH Walmart has a good price for these and very fast delivery! Cons- A little more difficult to find especially the mint chip flavor.
