dad went to the hospital for stomach pain and was checked for kidney stones but there's none and he didn't seemed constipated so he tried this and it seemed to help however I'm not sure if he'll continue this as he's feeling better because of this or the probiotics in it.

Excellent!
I usually experience constipation due to my hypothyroidism. This is gentle on the stomach in aiding digestion. There was no churning feeling at all. I take it at night and I get relief in the morning as benefit. It is quite easy to drink. There is no after-taste at all.

One of the tops for gut health
I am super into gut health and keep the rest of my well-being (body, mind, emotions and spirit) in check via care of my gut. This is a product I take daily in the morning to keep my gut healthy and set a foundation for a great day. I think of this like a "gut treat" and often take it with green tea or ginger tea. Gut health is tied to all other types of health and I highly recommend this product.
