Excellent!
I use this as part of my routine for IBS and find it very helpful. I like that it says you can open the capsules and mix them is something because I have a hard time swallowing capsules. Also, this doesn't have to stay in the fridge so it's portable.

Excellent!
I am hooked to this probiotics! I have been taking this for the last 6 months or so. I also introduced my mother to it. I was heavily constipated and IBS symptoms. Within a month, I see how my bowel movement is more frequent and symptoms of ibs also lesser. Repeat purchase. Think it's my 3rd or 4th purchase. It's a probiotics that really works for its purpose. Excellent quality.

stomach pain
dad went to the hospital for stomach pain and was checked for kidney stones but there's none and he didn't seemed constipated so he tried this and it seemed to help however I'm not sure if he'll continue this as he's feeling better because of this or the probiotics in it.
