I tried these Thai Kitchen Stir-Fry Rice Noodles, and they were absolutely delicious! I made them with shrimp, just like in the picture on the box, and the result was amazing. These seem a bit overpriced but the brown rice noodle is vastly more healthy for us than rice or bleached white flour noodles. And it is the right kind of noodle to have with Thai themed dishes. They take only a bit longer to cook but they provide a healthy dose of soluble and insoluble fiber plus the whole grain advantage to nutrition. You can starve to death on a diet of only white rice, while living healthy for years on a diet of only brown rice. Try making your own low fat peanut sauce with GV peanut powder and some chili flakes. Perfect with these noodles, topped with some fresh mung bean sprouts.
