It was easy to assemble and had clear instructions, we were able to assemble it in about an hour and we have never assembled a bed frame before. The bed was left outside leaning on a tree. I'm a 59 yr old disabled woman, whom lives alone, and the box was opened, and very heavy. I called customer service and asked for a solution to this problem. There were pieces on my driveway, and clearly had been damaged. Walmart customer service was so helpful, they told me to donate the bed and i would receive a complete refund, which I did. Thanks Walmart, for still caring about your customers!
