Super easy to install (once I figured out you don't screw in the side bolts, but just put them in the provided holes). Very sturdy and good value for the price. Only slight irritation is it takes two hands to unlatch, but otherwise it's great at keeping those pesky kitties from going downstairs.

Best gate for money hands down! It is the tallest and widest (including extensions) that I could find anywhere, plus it has a secondary cat door on it. It is very sturdy with just the pressure plates. It has really helped our household of 22 rescue kitties (all indoor/all spayed) by being able to give more private spaces. It has many uses. We are going to get another one to use for the office, so we can keep the room cool and yet keep the cats out during working hours (especially during online meetings). Highly recommended!

I needed this gate to keep a new cat rescue separated from my other cats until a veterinarian visit..It was easy to install and easy to use..I HAVE JUST ORDERED TWO MORE GATES TO KEEP MY OTHER RESCUES OUT OF MY TV ,KITCHEN ROOMS.. I am looking forward to putting them in place..
