Works exactly like it should

I got this to power a tube-based preamp I use for vocals. It delivers the solid, clean power the preamp needs for excellent sound. It was a good choice!

Does not work.

The adapter doesn't work. I moved the wattage and voltage switches around to get the machine working as the machine required 5 volts. The machine turned on but didn't move. I tried to return it but the adapter is considered “electronics” the return policy is only 30 days. I spent $30 just to flush down the drain.
