I love this service! I've never been in an area without coverage, even when people around me (using other carriers) were. There's NO hidden fees or extra costs. Their phone options are phenomenal (as well as their prices), and vast. Some packages include Walmart (discounts on groceries , gas, deliveries, etc.) and/or FREE channels - Peacock, Paramount, etc. (YOUR choice)! I switched over 10 years ago and couldn't be happier!

This has always been my go-to plan. The convenience of getting the e-card, using my payment right on the website, and them applying the credit to my phone all in one go - is bar-none. I hate multiple steps, so skipping the physical store and punching in all these numbers to activate it, is my style. Hot spot was easy to use and was such a life-saver when I lost power and my home internet went out. I was able to connect to the hot spot, hop back onto work, and let them know my situation. I did NOT want to have it look like I just logged off part way through my shift. lol Rarely do I ever have an issue with my service. I only had 1 time where I bought the e-card and applied it but the service didn't come back on. I called customer service and they took care of it in the matter of minutes.
