Easy Directions for Preparation and Use: Your baby's health depends on carefully following these directions. Ask your pediatrician about using formula, and whether you need to boil water for formula and bottle preparation. 1. Pour desired amount of warm water into bottle. 2. Using the scoop provided in the can, add powder to the bottle. To Make 2-oz. Bottle: 2 fl. oz. water; 1 unpacked level scoop (8.7 g) powder. To Make 4-oz. Bottle: 4 fl. oz. water; 2 unpacked level scoops (17.4 g) powder. To Make 6-oz. Bottle: 6 fl. oz. water; 3 unpacked level scoops (26.1 g) powder. To Make 8-oz. Bottle: 8 fl. oz. water; 4 unpacked level scoops (34.8 g). Each scoop adds about 0.2 fl oz to the amount of prepared formula. To make a larger amount of formula, add 16 unpacked level scoops (139 g) to 32 fl. oz. of water. Yields slightly more than one quart of formula. 3. Cap bottle, shake vigorously until powder is dissolved, then attach nipple. 4. Feed immediately, or cover and refrigerate prepared formula. Use within 24 hours. Throw away any unused formula left in the bottle after feeding, or any prepared formula that has remained unrefrigerated for longer than one hour. When properly diluted, this container will make approximately 258 fl. oz. (8 qts.) of formula. Storage: Store unopened cans of formula at room temperature. After opening can, keep tightly covered with a plastic lid, store in a cool dry area (not in the refrigerator or freezer) and use contents within one month. Avoid extreme temperatures. Use before date on bottom of can.

The best formula hands down.
This is the only formula my baby would take after getting off breastmilk. All other formulas made her sick. She used to violently throw up from other more expensive brands. The other more expensive brands also arrived damaged! And faced recalls!! I'm not paying for that!! This is a good price for a good quality SAFE formula, and one that is gentle. The ingredients are better than MANY major brands and are easier to digest- preventing gas! She has never even spit up on this formula, not once after I feed her!
