It arrived in a box on a crate. Then you put the seat and steering wheel on and connect the battery and a couple of other things. I did it all by myself no help. Then I mowed and was very pleased. The seat moves about to get on an off so I want to tighten that. I do not like it moving. Ordering it and having it delivered could not have been easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, I really enjoy this little riding mower. As my learning curve increases, the time it takes me to finish my yard decreases. The power in forward is substantial while the power in reverse could be a little better. I found that if I find a low or uneven place in my yard, I can back in first making it easier to pull forward getting out of the low area. With all things considered, I would definetly purchase this item again.

The mower arrived with the cardboard over the unit completely destroyed and oil on many places on the mower itself. The battery was also dead and had to be charged before I could even test it.
