Love this solid wood table! We bought the unfinished one and put 5 coats of tung oil on the top to highlight the grain and painted the legs with a wood stain in “Kona” for a contrasting look. Easy assembly and can be used for multiple purposes. We have it in our kitchen for the two of us to eat at instead of the DR table and can be used for extra prep space or a beverage/dessert table when entertaining. All the good reviews helped make the decision to buy it so don't think twice about ordering it.

It is a heavy wood table. The legs were easy to put on with all the hardware and tool necessary to put them on. That's all you have to do is put the legs on. When you lift up the sides the mechanism to hold them up is also wood which slides over and back. It is sturdy. I like that it doesn't take up much space especially with the sides down. We can put the sides up when we're ready to use. We can move it from the kitchen to living room for eating or working at. I love it.
