The Wheel Club is a little flimsy and the wheel can be remove if someone has a jack and socket wrench, the plate doesn't cover the lug nuts (see picture) and wheel could be removed, but it is definitely a deterrent to prevent someone from stealing your trailer. It would be easy to bolt on an additional steel plate to widen the coverage area to prevent someone from removing the lug nuts. I would also purchase a tongue locking device.
