Quality product but terrible packaging and major hassle to r

I ordered 5 of these chairs and 1 came completely damaged and in a completely damaged box. Most of the boxes were damaged and packaging was poor. When I tried to return if I was told to figure out the box situation for myself. Considering the box weighs 100 pounds and is very large it is not a box that is easily duplicated. I like the product but the return situation is a major hassle.
