It's pretty much what I wanted. I realize the shipping is a problem, because the bike had a scratch on it, even though it was carefully boxed. I understand this happens and I live with it. I love having it delivered to the house free of charge so I don't have to fight the traffic or the crowds.

Awesome bike

Wonderful bike. My first cruiser and I decided to go all blacked out and hook it up with accessories . I got an extra large seat cushion. I'm a plus size women so I wanted to make sure the seat was good. It actually comes with a pretty nice cushioned seat which I wasn't expecting (I've always had mountain bikes and there seats suck) but was able to switch and give to my son the ultra cushioned seat with shocks. He loved that. The bike Rides smooth. I got a men's one didn't know there was a difference but I love it. If you have shorter arms go with a female bike. Apparently male bikes have the middle bar curved up while female bikes have the bar curved down for a shorter distance to handle bars. I don't see a difference feels comfortable to me . Happy with my purchase. Great price for an awesome bike. I'm 5'6' and I got a 26” wheel it rides nice for me but probably would have chose a 24” if I had tried in store first because my legs are short (drum sticks) lol. All in all super happy with my purchase.

A nice ride!

The bike is very nice, the person it was bought for is quite happy with it. It has fenders and a nice comfortable seat. I was having trouble with the order, I had to call customer service. The person that helped me 'Joy' was a lot of help. She was going to follow through with some of the issues I was having. I'm guessing she did because when I went back on the next day the issues were fixed. Thank you Joy.
