Great warm or cold, but should use distilled water

Update, was reading reviews, I hear complaints with build up from hard water? Am I wrong to believe that you should be using distilled water, even if it says you can use tap water? My steam iron, hand steamer, and my CPAP machines all call for distilled water? Makes no since to use tap water? Works good using distilled, no brained to me. As a kid had to use distilled water.

BEST Humidifier

I’ve had a lot of humidifiers/vaporizers. I love this one THE BEST for so many reasons: 1.) It doesn’t require a filter 2.) It’s easy to clean, just soak with vinegar and wipe out 3.) It doesn’t make the room cold 4.) puts off the right amount of moisture in the air to keep mucus and airways moist 5.) lasts the whole night 6.) it’s quiet 7.) It doesn’t take up too much space 8.) weight is at the bottom so it doesn’t tip over easily I’ve never used the feature to add Vicks scent or whatever aroma into it. I use it when someone in our house has a cold to add moisture into the air. I have purchased 5. I own two that are 8 years old and still work great. I have given two as baby shower gifts and sent one to my senior father when he had the flu.

Good product

I suffer from severe nasal congestion when I have a Cold, and I have trouble sleeping at night. This humidifier really does help me rest at night. The only issue I have is I can't really smell the medicated steam liquid coming from the medicine cup. Overall, I think the humidifier is a good product. I do recommend it.
