I was very impressed, the cushion arrived the next day as said. unfortunately it came without a power cord so I called the company. the immunity shipped one out. this meets more than my expectations and so did dealing with the company. everything was with such ease and put together. Best bang for your buckf

My husband absolutely loves it. It has the two different heat settings, which are amazing for when you back hurts, but you don't want heat on your bottom. Due to medical issues, he cannot use the massagers with rolling massagers in them and this one is perfect. It has such intense vibration massage and is so much better than the rolling massagers. He loved it so much, I bought him another one for his other chair the same day we received the first one.
