The rug is light weight so I can roll it up to clean under it. It lays nicely in the hall and is the prefect width. I have a matching rug in the kitchen area between my island and the wall of cabinets. It doesn't shed, the color is eye popping and lovely, it doesn't skid and it has just enough body to look great.

I got the 3'3" x 5' Red for my kitchen. I love this rug. I bought a 2nd one after seeing how nice this one was. The pattern and colors are gorgeous. It is non slip which is ideal in an area like this. It's durable but not heavy, so would be easy to pick up to shake out or to wash. I'm very satisfied with this rug. I'd like it in a larger size like 8x10 too if it was available.

I use this in front of cat boxes so being easy to clean and wash is very important to me. Vacuum cleaner does a great job of picking sand up from rug, shaking it also works great. I wash it in my washing machine but haven't used dryer on it but it looks like it would work fine.
