I wish it were a bit more spicy, but it is very good. I put the sauce on fried cod tonight, and everyone asked for seconds. We also added sauce to corn. It is kinda $$ but very nice to add a different flavor to common items. Discussion of what else we can apply it on. The flavor is that good! We are going to put it in a grilled cheese sandwich for lunch tomorrow.

OMG, glad I went with this chili oil! It has SO MUCH flavor. I've tried the popular momofuku as well as some other brands at Walmart and I just did not understand the hype. They had no flavor in my opinion. But THIS brand is so flavorful and it is extra spicy so beware! I LOVE spicy food but this is definitely packing with the heat! (I'm hear for it though!) definitely recommend!
