Not warm! VERY DISAPPOINTED!

VERY DISAPPOINTED! I wore the item today for 4 hours; the outside temperature was in the mid-forties and had a wind of under 7 mph. It DID NOT block the wind and was not warm. Also, there is only one pocket, not pockets as advertised.
