I am very, very pleased with my new Dyson. It is so easy to use--no pulling a heavy canister behind me--and much quieter than my old vacuum. It has great suction, and it is great at picking up cat hair. Easy to empty after each use, too.

I've been using Dyson vacuums for many years now. The last time that I needed my vacuum serviced, I decided to trade in for a new model. That's when I became aware of this style. I really didn't trust the power of this model. So I didn't get one and just stay with a more traditional upright vacuum. Fast-forward several years, my daughter moves in and happens to have an older version of this model. Wow, even an older version the suction power blew me away. So what did I do? I went out and bought this one. I am in love. I absolutely love this machine. It is so powerful. We have four cats so we need to vacuum at least once a day. And the amount of fur and debris that's picked up as well as dust wow like I said I'm blown away so if you are on the fence with this, get off the fence fast and buy one you won't regret it. Oh and did I mention the maneuverability well take my word for it you're gonna love it. The only issue I have is because I vacuum several rooms I find the runtime is a little off. However, that's OK. I don't mind. I'm considering getting a backup battery. I had purchased this with the car attachments, although I didn't get some of the other attachments. Like the long thin tube to get into crevices. I'm going to purchase that now. Oh, and I forgot to mention how easy this is to use on the stairs because our cats love to sit on the stairs
