I was very skeptical about getting this freezer. Only because people complained they came damaged. Mine had no damage. Plugged it in, within hours was at freezing. I was afraid after reading about the shipping problems but it was delivered in perfect condition. he laid it on the side though. I just waited 24hrs until I unpacked it and plugged it in and it got to temperature very fast. I'm using it as a refrigerator and it's working fine so far. great for the price.

We bought 2 of these. One to use as a freezer and one as a refrigerator. They both are great at keeping temperature even in my garage with the temperature being over 90 degrees all week. The temperature readout on the front is a great feature, I can easily see that it's staying at the correct temperature . They are a tremendous value at that price.
