Yamaha P-S500 88-Key Smart Digital Piano With Stream Lights Technology - Black

The P-S500 from Yamaha combines 88 GHS weighted keys, CFX and Bösendorfer piano samples, Stream Lights, a touch control panel and smart device connectivity into an instrument that embodies both tradition and innovation. While the hi-tech touch control panel gives you several voices, styles and lessons, connecting the P-S500 to Smart Pianist will unlock its full potential and give you access to hundreds of voices, styles, lessons, reverbs, layers and more so you can enjoy playing piano on your terms.

88 GHS Weighted Keys Provide an Authentic Piano Feel

The P-S500 features 88 graded hammer standard weighted keys that emulate the feel of an acoustic piano. The keys are weighted to match the resistance of hammers in an acoustic piano, with the keys in the lower register feeling heavier and the keys in the higher register feeling lighter. This graduated weighting system provides an authentic piano playing experience that allows for expressive and nuanced playing.

CFX and Bösendorfer Piano Samples Deliver Rich, Realistic Sound

With samples from Yamaha's renowned CFX concert grand piano and the acclaimed Bösendorfer Imperial, the P-S500 produces a rich, realistic piano sound with stunning clarity. From the warm, resonant bass tones to the clear, melodic treble notes, these high-quality samples capture the essence of these world-class pianos. Close your eyes while playing, and you just might forget you're not seated at an acoustic piano.

Stream Lights Create an Immersive Playing Experience

The P-S500 features Stream Lights—LEDs that illuminate the keys as you play to create an immersive playing experience. The Stream Lights can be set to different display patterns to match your mood or the style of music. From subtle twinkling effects to bold, rhythmic displays, the Stream Lights add visual interest to your practice or performance.

Touch Control Panel and Smart Device Connectivity Provide Convenience and Control

A touch control panel on the P-S500 gives you easy access to instrument voices, accompaniment styles and built-in lessons. Connect the P-S500 to the free Smart Pianist app to unlock its full potential. With Smart Pianist, you have a world of options at your fingertips, including hundreds of voices, styles and more.
