it helps so much and so fast. i have this on hand every where i go to be on the safe side. i move around a lot and with the weather i get cramps often here and there and this a not only a life safer but a game changer as well. its definitely worth the price. they also have it as a roll on stick and thats works just as good too. this is really a cramp stopper for sure.

This stuff WORKS!!!I puchased the spray on accident. The FOAM is much easier to use and IMO works faster than the spay. But if you suffer from body cramps (drink more water during the day and drink as MUCH as you can WHILE experiencing the cramping) get you some!!!
