Literally the best thing you could invest in for your online business, or just something to have to print an occasional return label or something. This printer is so darn cute! It was very easy to set up, but be mindful that, while it IS possible to print from your computer, it's much easier and faster to do from your phone - you'll just have to install a free app that they'll provide in the instructions. This printer is very small, doesn't take up a lot of space, and the best part? No more ink cartridges! This little baby has been working so well throughout the last month, fast, hassle-free. Not to mention it's really cute, and I love the white-purple combo. Super easy to set up and use, the app will walk you through the entire process. So happy with this purchase!

It is to use once you get it set up, for some people who are old school like me it was a pain in my rear to get to the app that lets you setup different size labels that are not set as default. The directions could better explaining how to setup different sizes labels
