Sweet Hammer

I was surprised by how much I enjoy using the hart 20 ounce hammer . Normally I stick to hickory handles on a hammer , but I wanted to give the hart a try . Last weekend I was using it for building some shelves in a shed . I found the balance to be excellent and the vibration was not noticeable . For me the 20 ounce is the sweet spot in weight. I have a heavier hammer that I hate using , and thought I ‘d give the Hart a try , and love it. Hart been making hammers for years and is trusted in the trades.

I'm not sure if it's quite the same quality as the old Hart hammers, but it's got the features like this side claw. I like it.

I owned a 16oz hammer. These 20 ounces is heavier and easier to use. Doesn't take a lot of effort to put nails in. easy to handle and balanced well.
