I haven't gotten a chance to use this yet, but I did put it together. The pieces are like PVC pipe sort of what you would expect but it looks like it'll work for an event inside. It's very late so I would assume it would blow away you'd probably have to tape it down, but for what I'm looking for works.

The directions are easy to follow I had some difficulty fitting the pieces so I lightly sanded the couplings and that seemed to help Picture attached shows a test assembly, not the final use.
