Ghee for your health!!

First off, ghee is very healthy. I've read about it over the years, but never purchased any because of the price (at the time only checking Amazon). Having read recently more about the benefits, and working on a pickup order, I decided to check Walmart this time. It's cheaper here than any I had seen. It tastes good, and is a very healthy fat. Store in a cool, dry place. No need for refrigeration, which can make it harder to scoop out. Here's a great article on ghee. https://www.organicfacts.net/health-benefits/other/ghee-clarified-butter.html

Ethnic foods made me buy it

Enjoy the taste in several dishes and have got hooked on how my eggs taste when prepared with this butter.
