First and foremost, reliability is key, and in this respect this lock doesn't disappoint. I haven't ever experienced any unresponsiveness or issues that you may experience with other smart locks on the market. All of the features are fantastic. The key cards make it so easy to offer a guest key that can easily be deactivated and replaced if lost. Integration with HomeKit is seamless and again, reliable. Last but not least: design. It's unparalleled and looks clean and discrete. You don't need to broadcast to strangers that you are rocking a smart lock, and in this respect, the Level Touch offers another security layer that other smart locks don't have.

Awesomely Amazing Product!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the most ingenious design (like they say the quality of an Apple product). I can see Level out a lot of thought into designing the lock. No one even knows we have a smart lock installed. So many feature to choose from manual key, card key phone, auto open/close etc. Install and smart home integration was seamless for me. I have so much more to say, but will leave others room for thought.
