I do take Benefiber powder and it has no taste if you put it into your coffee, hot chocolate, even water. But I saw these gummies and I thought this might be nice. If you just feel like you need a treat and you also have to increase your fiber they tell you then this is the best way to do it. These been a fiber gummies are really tasty. They're easy to chew up and swallow and you got your fiber in. I'm glad I found these too. Because I will purchase these again for myself. I really do enjoy these. Sometimes I forget get fiber.
