I've used the same brand of basmati rice for a very long time, but thought I'd give this one a try. The grains are longer than my old brand and I've never made such fluffy rice. Same rice cooker, same method, much nicer results. Separate grains, fluffy, and delicious! I'm not going back to the old brand.

It doesnot take long time to cook, just rinse well, put in one cup rice with 1.25 water, add some green peas with bay leaf, cinnamon, salt, ginger powder and oil,cover %26 boil then simmer for 15-20 min. All Water Evaporate, done. Its easy cook fragrant rice. I never soak just wash till white water gone %26 cook.
