Great that this is so affordable and comes in a glass jar. Really brings out the flavor to carefully roast in over in 200°, keep an eye on as all ovens vary and these get browned very quickly. Much like nuts heating brings out the oils and the flavor! So many uses, perfect for so many dishes that contain rice noodles, or veggies, hot or cold salads.n

I toast my own sesame seeds to bring out the flavor. I mix the white and black seeds, put in a hot skillet until they smoke and pop a little, stirring constantly with a wood spoon. The glass jar keeps these fresh.
